Let me start by saying, a big thank you to all who were able to make it to the wedding and also to all who have been asking about it and questioning when I was going to post some pics.
Well here they are.
The night before, Michael, Adam, Hartsul, Lindsey and I went to Federal Grove to have a sort of run through of the ceremony. It gave the kids a chance to see the place and to know where what was going to take place. We had dinner together at a local eatery and then the guys left to go home. Lindsey and I spent the night at Federal Grove. My aunt and uncle were also there, so we had a chance to visit with them too. Lindsey enjoyed actually getting to know them a bit.
My day started with monitoring the weather. The local weather man had been predicting rain and I was a bit concerned that we may have to move the wedding inside, but everything turned out great. It was actually a beautiful day.
The cake was beautiful.
I had sent an email to Teri (the lady at Federal Grove)
with a picture of the cake I wanted.
I was so pleased with how it turned out.
Allie and I are looking for the Groom.
Making my way downstairs.
We took lots of pictures before the ceremony.
Talking to my flower girl.
I can't believe how grown up my kids have become. I know I am a bit bias, but aren't they nice looking.
You can see, up close,
the flowers of my bouquet in this picture.
The Wedding Party.
Me with my brothers and sister.
People say that we resemble, what do you think?
I've always liked getting kisses from my kids.
Of course, kisses from Michael are special too!!
Going over a few grammar changes in the ceremony.
The ceremony was beautiful, I couldn't have asked for anything to have gone differently
The musicians are playing, it's time to begin.
Everyone takes their seats.
The Groom and his Best Man taking their places.
My Maid-Of-Honor making her way down the aisle.
My flower girl dropping the flowers down the aisle. We weren't quite sure if she would do this (she's only two, after all), but she did great.
Here comes the Bride on the arm of her handsome son.
The ceremony begins.
We exchange our vows.
The exchanging of rings.
A kiss to seal the deal.
Mr. & Mrs. Bratcher.
Garter time.
Allie would rather smell the flower.
A show of hands.
The Bride & Groom with her siblings and their spouses.
My how the kids have grown.
A toast to our new life together.
Let them eat cake.
The Bratcher Clan.
Signing the licence.
It's a day for smiles!
Time to toss the bouquet.
Ready, Set.........
Here it comes........
Lindsey catching the bouquet.
Here I'm saying that it has to be a long, long, long, long, long time before she can get married.
It was a wonderful day and I think that everyone had a good time.
I hope you enjoyed reading this and seeing the pictures.
Be sure and check back in the coming days to see pictures from the honeymoon...........
