After all the snow that we have had this winter, it sure has been great to see the sun and feel a little warmth this week. We actually had a couple of days with the temperatures in the 70's. And, with the sun shining and the temps much warmer, I had to venture out with camera in tow.
While heading to lunch I happened to see these shadows over the door of City Hall.
Later as I walked to the Bank, I spotted this shadow. I thought it was interesting the way the shadow looks nothing like the bench.
One shot wasn't enough. I had to get a couple.
The trees behind the benches made some great shadows on the building.
And last but not least, the little shrubs leaving their image on the concrete.
Hope you enjoyed the pictures and that you head over to Hey Harriet to check out more Shadow Shots from around the world!!
Looks like you enjoyed you day, walking in the sunshine! Long deserved I see after looking through your blog and all the snow you've been having.

ReplyDeleteA PARFAIT DAY
A seeker of shadows one day
Did trip as she went on her way;
She picked herself up
And dipped from a cup
Of shadowy lemon parfait!
