Another One Bites The Dust

Performed By: Queen
Written By: John Deacon
Album: The Game (1980)

Steve Cat walks warily down the street,

with the brim pulled Slinking way down low

Ain't no sound but the sound of his feet,
machine guns He's ready to go.

Are you ready,
Are you ready for this

Are you hanging on the edge of your seat

Out of the doorway
the bullets rip feathers fly
To the sound of the beat

Another one bites the dust

Another one bites the dust

And another one gone,

and another one gone

Another one bites the dust

Hey, I'm gonna get you too

Another one bites the dust.
This is a stray cat that has chosen to take up residence at our house
as well as two of our neighbors.
He has been around for about a year now.
He is not a people cat and runs away when you get too close.
Sometimes I don't see him for days,
but lately he has been in the back yard every morning.

  1. I love your take on the song!
Your resident kitty looks a lot like my Cindi Lou Who.
She isn't much of a birder but my little half wild former ferals have been known to leave a few feathers lying around. And they are very well fed.

  3. Oh....'bout all I can say is....this was FANGtastic. Your resident hobo kitty know how to work the birds....sadly. Great job in your interpretation of "Another One Bites the Dust". By the way, I love Queen.

  5. What a great song I remember hearing that a lot when my daughter was a teen!

Your pictures are spot on too. Mr. Black cat must be well feed going between the neighbors house and yours.

  6. Love this song. Does the black cat live by birding? Or do you and the neighbors feed him? He's a beauty.

  7. I could hear the drum beat before I clicked on the video - love it!
When I started down the page I thought I knew what was coming and then I had to laugh and told myself I shouldn't be laughing - poor little birds - but, it is nature.
Anyway, it made me smile. Well done!
